It's time for a new conversation! Women, have you ever taken a job without negotiating a higher salary or failed to ask for a raise when you knew you deserved one? Have you ever failed to raise your rates because you were worried what your clients would think, or underbid a job because you wanted your client to like you? Join Marsh Engle to get to the core of why women undersell themselves and what to do about it. Her special guest on this week's episode of the Marsh Engle Show is Mikelann Valterra of The Women’s Earning Institute. http://www.womenearning.com/

I loved being your guest today, March! I wrote about it in my blog: http://www.womenearning.com/selfemployedlife/blog/
You make a really good point-- sometimes women have a hard time charing good money if what they are doing is "creative". I vote that women charge great money for the results they bring their clients, regardless of whether the work is "easy" for them, or creative in nature. My mission is to empower women to earn what they're really worth, so let's keep the conversation going!
